Housingrecruit.com is advertising for a Risk and Insurance Manager on behalf of their client, a leading social housing provider based in North London.

The organisation owns and manages 6,000 homes across three neighbourhoods in North Liverpool.

Their vision is to ‘make a difference’ and to help them deliver this, they are looking to recruit a Risk and Insurance Manager to add further strength to the Governance, Assurance and Risk frameworks.

Role Purpose: To develop and implement a coordinated and consistent approach to risk management across the organisation, promoting and maintaining key internal policies in line with the risk management framework.

To lead the Risk Management agenda across the organisation ensuring all aspects of the business are actively engaged and supported in identifying and managing strategic and operational risks and effective controls.

To manage the insurance portfolio and improve the management of insurable risks.
