Maintenance Engineer (Days)
Staffbase are recruiting on behalf of a well established manufacturing company based in Northampton. Due to expansion they are looking to employ a full time day shift maintenance engineer to maintain the manufacturing plant where extensive training will be give on all manufacturing equipment.
The Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will be required to carry out all pre-planned and reactive maintenance to keep down time to a minimum.
- Reactive & PPM maintenance
- 3 phase, inverters, motors
- Gearboxes, pumps, bearings, conveyors
- Extensive training given on all process lines
Candidate
- Electrically or mechanically bias candidates will be considered
- 17th ed (not essential as the client will put you through the course)
- Manufacturing background
- Apprentice trained
Hours of work: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, 40hours/week
On call 1 in every 4 weeks
Overtime: Anything over 40 hours is paid at time + 1/2
