Our client is a world leader in the design, manufacture and refurbishment of specialist equipment for the rail industry.
Due to an increase in workload they are looking for a Semi Skilled Operative to assist the company's metal preparation operatives.
The role will involve working in the metal shop carrying out a range of duties including preparation, marking out, loading and unloading machines and general duties such as keeping the areas clean and tidy. It will also involve helping out in other areas of the factory when required
Candidates must have previous experience of working within an engineering environment and ideally have spent some time carrying out basic machine operating.
Located in Burton on Trent this position is commutable from Derby, Burton On Trent, Stoke on Trent, Castle Donnington, Kegworth, Loughborough, Swadlincote, Lichfield, Uttoxeter.
