Bank Imaging Centre Receptionist
Location: Stockport/Cheadle (bank/casual role - shifts 8am - 6pm)
Salary: £7.50 per hour

Job Role
We are looking for a friendly and well organised individual to support our busy clinic in Stockport. This will involve welcoming participants to the centre, ensuring their arrival is recorded on our appoints system, acting as a first port of call for any phone calls or participant queries including supporting them with our electronic questionnaire and their expenses and all associated administration tasks.
We strive to deliver an excellent experience for our participants when they visit our clinic therefore, it is very important that the successful candidate is friendly and approachable and will integrate as a member of our team.
To succeed in this role you will need to have the following skills, traits and knowledge gained from working in a similar environment.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
1. Previous experience of manning a reception area, along with general administration duties
2. Understanding the importance of confidentiality and being vigilant at all times
3. Must be an excellent communicator both written and verbally
4. Must be able to maintain a polite, friendly and professional manner at all times
5. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel and Outlook
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
1. Experience of working in a working in a medical/clinical environment
2. Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 15189, ISO27001).
