BookaTrack.com Ltd is the UK’s premier car track day company organising events at motor racing circuits throughout UK and Europe. We also provide the biggest fleet of track day rental cars for our own events, third party track days and corporate driving events. From our base at Donington Park circuit we run a busy office and workshop preparing for over 100 track days and 500 car hires per year.

In October 2015 we took on the role of official Caterham dealer, acquiring the Midlands franchise. Our brand new showroom at Donington Park opened in January 2016. Due to our continuing expansion, we are seeking to employ a full-time Sales Administrator to join our friendly staff team. Working closely with the Sales Director, they will be supporting our car sales and workshop facility.

The successful candidate will have the following roles:

• Deal with sales administration from enquiry through to registration

• Deliver excellent customer service at all times when representing organisation

• Support office staff taking telephone calls and dealing with customer enquiries in friendly and efficient manner

• Provide front of house for showroom, welcoming clients and visitors

• Support busy workshop by scheduling mechanical work, looking after clients whilst they wait for work to be completed, communicate with clients regarding progress and take payment for work

• Responsibility for cleanliness and tidiness of showroom

• Ensure that all stock is correctly presented and listed on external communications

• Support Sales Director and events team in the organising and running of promotional events for showroom

Answering to the Sales Director, the ideal applicant will be a competent and experienced administrator able to deliver excellent customer service. Knowledge of the Caterham product range or the motorsport / track day industry will be of benefit. Excellent customer service skills are necessary and the ability to build relationships with high-net-worth individuals.

The position is 40 hours over 5 days per week, these will include Saturday. However, it is anticipated that longer hours will be worked when required or on event. Shorter days are worked during the Winter months to compensate.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.
