Full Time position available now at this leading event and exhibition organiser, who organise Business Exhibitions across London, Dublin, Manchester and Scotland, as they are expanding the Telemarketing team.Telemarketing Executive role based in Bumpers Farm, Chippenham, in a friendly, positive office environment.
9-5 Monday - Friday, £7.50ph, 35 hours per week.
3 Month temporary position available - permanent contract and progression opportunities for the right candidate.
Duties would include, but are not limited to:
- Telephoning and inviting business owners to visit relevant exhibitions.
- Processing ticket registrations.
- Taking inbound ticket registration calls.
- Providing a thorough, polite and helpful customer service.
- Telephoning visitors to arrange appointments.
Applicants should have basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Access knowledge is a bonus but not a necessity.
Applicants should have a good and polite telephone manner.
