We have an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a leading and expanding Chartered Surveyors Company.  The role is a full time, permanent position offering a salary of £35,000 - £50,000 + benefits.

You can be home based anywhere across Derby / Nottingham or surrounding areas . 

Our Client is an established Chartered Surveyors operating across the UK.  They are a family based Company based in the North West of England.  The ideal candidate will be either a Chartered Building Surveyor and will ideally be a Registered Valuer (this is not essential).

Projects for the Chartered Building Surveyor will include residential and domestic, as well as commercial and specific reports.  The successful candidate will manage their own time, travelling to appointments arranged for them in their local area.  The Chartered Building Surveyor will liaise with office staff and offer verbal consultations over the phone to clients.

Required skills and experience;

- Building Surveyor / Structural Engineer

- Good knowledge of construction, planning processes and UK Building Regulations.

- Strong time management, communication and organisational skills.
