HEAD RECEPTIONIST - PART TIME
 

Due to the success of our small animal practice and our growing customer base, we need to expand our team and have an exciting opportunity for a Head Receptionist to join our Norwich Hall Road practice.  If you are friendly, down to earth and would like to work in a role where animal welfare is at the very heart of everything you do, then get in touch.  We’re waiting to hear from you.   

We are located inside Pets at Home on Hall Road Retail Park, where there is plenty of parking and great transport links.  Our practice is bright, spacious, air-conditioned and purpose built to industry leading standards and has state of the art equipment including digital X-ray and in-house laboratory facilities.  The onsite team is made up of seventeen colleagues and all are dedicated to delivering outstanding animal healthcare for their patients and owners.

Person Specification

Our partners are looking for a confident individual who will lead the way in delivering an exceptional service for our clients.  A strong communicator, the successful candidate will lead the team of receptionists, whilst also working as part of the team.  You’ll be adept at multi-tasking with strong organisational skills, and have a proactive, supportive approach.  Previous management or supervisory experience is necessary, as is the willingness to undertake and deliver managerial tasks. 

This a part time role working 28.75 hours per week, with a 1 in 4 weekend rota.  We are looking for an element of flexibility as the successful candidate will be expected to provide holiday cover throughout the year.
