Benefits Realisation Manager (SC Cleared)

Our client are a large public sector organisation and looking for an experienced Benefits Realisation Manager to join their team. Initially this is a 6 month contract which may be extended for the right applicant.

Our client is looking for someone who can come on board and provide hands on Benefits Management and Benefits Realisation Management development support across programmes and projects including identification, quantification tracking and reporting of benefits which are critical to successful programme delivery.

The successful applicant will have significant experience of working with Programme Managers, Project Managers facilitating Benefits Workshops and other meetings to identify baseline and quantity benefits and develop robust and realistic benefit maps for programmes that link programmes/project outputs and deliverables to capabilities and outcomes to sound non financial benefit outcomes.

The successful applicant will have experience of producing high quality Benefits Management products including benefit maps, Benefit Management Strategies and Benefit Realisation Plans etc and has experience of financial business models that model non financial assumptions into financial outcomes. You will also have the ability to clearly communicate with SMEs and translate information into financial outcomes. It is also important that you have Business Change and IT enabled Business Change programmes as well as demonstrate experience of identification and mapping of dependencies.
