We are currently looking for a Year 2 NQT to join a community Infant school in Colchester from September 2017!

Year 2 NQT Specification
To be shortlisted for this position you must be a reliable Year 2 NQT who has a history of 'Good' or better classroom practice and experience of teaching KS1. The school wants to meet organised and proactive teachers who can hit the ground running from day one. Additionally, the ideal teacher will have the ability to create a fun yet calm learning environment and can deliver stimulating and engaging lessons that challenge and excite a mixed ability year group.
About the Year 2 NQT Role
As a Year 2 NQT you will be responsible for a mixed ability class of 30 pupils with the help of an experienced Teaching Assistant. You will be directly responsible for the learning outcomes and educational attainment of all pupils, therefore a thorough understanding of the KS1 curriculum is essential. The Senior Leadership Team pride themselves on offering top quality CPD and you will be heavily involved in all training from day one. What's more, the school are proud of the community atmosphere of the school and welcome the arrival of a Year 2 NQT to join their friendly team.
