We are currently partnering a leading Financial Services provider who are keen to add a Compliance Monitoring & Testing professional to their team based in Northampton. This opportunity presents the chance to work with a leading organisation within financial services and has a global presence. The role sits within the Compliance Monitoring & Testing team which supports and delivers a continuous programme of monitoring and testing activities. As the Compliance Monitoring & Testing professional you will be responsible for the following; -Ensure the business is up to date on regulatory changes and compliance objectives -Develop relationships with various areas of the business -Continual review and development of the monitoring & testing methodology - Review, escalate and resolve issues relating to monitoring and testing issues As the Compliance Monitoring & Testing professional you will have experience of the following; -Broad and indepth knowledge compliance knowledge within a financial services organisation, ideally personal banking or similar -Experience of working in a monitoring & testing compliance function -Ability to manage and develop relationships with internal stakeholders -Experience of developing, assessing and delivering effective monitoring and testing methodologies If this role suits your skills and experience please submit your CV and if you are successful we will be in contact within 2 working days.
