Rathbone are looking to appoint a School Liason Officer to contribute and support the development and implementation of comprehensive information, advice and guidance (IAG) service on the Rathbone Training curriculum offer to all age groups across England.

The succsseful candidate will be required To develop and implement positive relationships with local schools, employers and associated organisations to sustain and maximise Rathbone Training presence at external events.

To collaborate closely across internal departments to assist in the realisation of high quality engagement activities and student experiences promoting progression and recruitment opportunities.

To work within the Community and Engagement team to build Rathbone's brand and increase the referrals onto Rathbone's programmes.

The successful candidate will be required to have the following qualifications, skills, experience and attributes;

Level 3 (A Level, BTEC National Diploma or equivalent) or Above
Level 2 qualification in Maths & English or equivalent
IAG qualification or relevant experience.
Evidence of continuous updating of skills and knowledge.
Minimum of 1 years' experience of Further Education Advice and guidance in an educational setting.
Experience working in a school / external / customer liaison role focussing on building relationships.
Experience of working with a CRM system to plan recruitment processes and performance reports
Experience in presenting tailored presentations and workshops to a broad audience by effectively using a range of communication skills
A high degree of self-motivation and drive with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment.
The ability to work across a diverse business across a range of specialist areas.
Proven experience in IAG and student engagement.
Solid knowledge of academic levels, progression opportunities and career options available to young people.
Capable of hands-on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
A proactive approach to deliver outstanding customer service both internally and externally.
Professional communicator with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Ability to remain professional when dealing with people at all time.
Ability to deliver to targets and manage own workload
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults. We expect all staff to share this commitment.
Able to obtain a satisfactory DBS clearance.
Confident, respectful and professional manner. Good work ethic and attitude to work. Be a proactive and fully committed team member.
