The Role:
The key area of focus will be assisting clients manage EH&S business risks to scope/budget/schedule, and ensuring high quality standards on project deliverables.
* Delivery of EH&S assessments for compliance, due diligence, divestment, as well as pre-and post-acquisition to support the diversification and expansion of our environmental and occupational health and safety (EH&S) capability.
* Projects will be across a range of sectors including construction, automotive, aviation, banking/financial services, chemicals, upstream oil and gas, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and solid waste management.
* Projects will largely be based and/or managed in the UK but occasional short term international/European travel may be required, occasionally at short notice on a project by project basis.
You will need:
* Experience specialising in EH&S compliance, preferably within an environmental consultancy.
* Registered Environmental Auditor with an accredited Institution, i.e. IEMA
* Certified in H&S by an accredited Institution, i.e. IOSH
* Works collaboratively and develops positive relationships with clients and SEC Leadership & project delivery teams to ensure timely delivery, consistency and quality to client expectations.
* Support to the wider SEC business, developing complimentary skills to assist in the delivery of due diligence and sustainability work.
* Producing project reports and deliverables in compliance with our business quality systems.
