Sussex Oakleaf is looking for a motivated and organised individual, with excellent IT and project management skills, to join our team in the new position of Operations Manager. This role will see you working closely with managers and colleagues to develop and improve operational management systems, processes and best practices across the organisation including quality management and IT/CRM systems. You will also support the Business Planning & Finance Unit by managing and taking on new projects to improve the organisation's efficiency and impact. You will be joining a fantastic team at an exciting time in the organisation's development and we can offer a great working environment and a role in which you can really make your mark.
