Audit Manager for Large Chartered Accountancy firm - GBP30,000

My client, a large Chartered Accountancy firm have a fantastic Opportunity working within their Norwich office.
They strive to be the go-to firm for growth and created their own unique culture. As a company, they audit over 9,000 firms annually, ranging from FTSE and AIM companies to SME companies.
Job Description:
* Ensure that all work allocated is carried out profitably and on a timely basis in accordance with the firm's professional standards
* To manage and develop all employees to the maximum of their potential and to assist in the development of the office
* Responsible for managing a key client portfolio
* Assist all partners in establishing audit objectives and overall scope
* Check that audit paperwork has been properly reviewed and that audit files are completed in time
* Finalise draft reports for management review
* Update clients and be the key contact day-to-day
* Follow through on any concerns regarding an audit assignment with the audit partner
* Plan and co-ordinate all aspects of audit planning, which includes resourcing requirements
Key Skills
* Qualified (ACA, CA, ACCA)
* Extensive post-qualification experience in audit within a Professional Services environment
* Comprehensive understanding of key reporting standards: US GAAP and IFRS
* Strong people management skills, enabling you to support, coach and mentor colleagues
* Proven track record of effectively leading client engagements
* Comfortable using audit software and Microsoft packages
