As a result of our success, we have an opportunity for a Site Surveyor to join a team of experienced surveyors working on repairs, maintenance and voids across Birmingham for Birmingham City Council.

Key accountabilities and deliverables include monthly contract cost reporting, supply chain tendering and management, direct labour management, and supporting the development and implementation of all pre and post contract strategies.

You will also have strong commercial skills to maximise value recovery, cost control and cash management along with the ability to use / understand financial reports and final accounts

To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate the ability to form and develop relationships with clients and supply chain.
