Fixed-term for two years in the first instance We are seeking two motivated and enthusiastic Business Analysts, with excellent knowledge of the student lifecycle, to play a substantial role in the implementation of a new student information system and CRM solution. This is an exciting opportunity for you to play a key role in the delivery of a major change programme of significant strategic importance. Students are at the heart of our University, and the systems and processes which help us to support and interact with students are vital in making sure that the University provides an outstanding student experience, from initial enquiry through to graduation. The Student Lifecycle Project was established to develop a future vision for the student lifecycle, and to manage the resulting development. You will be working in one of the UK's best not-for-profit places to work, according to the Sunday Times' ranking of Britain's happiest and most motivated workforces. You will play a key role during the project's implementation phase, applying your business analysis skills to refine functional and non-functional requirements, develop process models, support system testing and assist with demonstrating the delivery of project benefits. You be required to work closely with the project team, University stakeholders and the supplier to ensure that the solution is delivered according to the required specification. You will have the opportunity to work within an agile delivery team and play an active role in the development and implementation of new processes and capabilities that will enhance the services delivered across the student lifecycle. It is anticipated that you will be a business analyst with experience supporting the implementation of student information systems to serve a range of student processes. You will be able to plan and progress work activities in the mid to longer term, be well organised, a strong communicator with the ability to engage effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
