Heritage Care has a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Support Manager to join the team at Meridan Walk located in Tottenham. Joining us on a full time, permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £26,914 per annum depending on experience.
Heritage Care is a charitable organisation that provides a range of flexible individualised care and support services for people with learning disabilities, mental health support needs and older people.
An opportunity has arisen for a Registered Support Manager to join our team at our Supported living service in Tottenham. As the Registered Support Manager of the scheme you will ensure service users needs and rights are met and supported. You will manage the relationships with other services, agencies and professionals that support the scheme to deliver a Person Centred Plan approach.
You will need to have proven experience of managing within a Learning Disability service. You will also need to have experience of managing staff including mentoring, conducting staff appraisals and supervisions. Be able to build positive relationships with our service users, their families and our staff. Good knowledge of Person Centred Planning is a must. Good written, verbal and numerical communication skills is essential. You will have attained or working towards a Management Qualification ideally a NVQ Level 5 in Care.
