What are we looking for? 

A proactive Bid Coordinator with experience of identifying new business development opportunities and a proven track record of achieving individual income targets. Experienced in the updating and registering of bid opportunities for tracking and monitoring purposes and circulating weekly PQQ and Tender summaries. An ability to develop and manage a PQQ & tender bid library ensuring continuous improvement of the process in maintained

Job Specification Requirements
The successful candidate will:

  • Educated to NVQ4/HNC/HND/Degree level qualification
  • Close attention to detail with excellent time management skills
  • Experienced and competent project management skill set
  • Manage the updating and registering of bid opportunities for tracking and monitoring purposes and prepare and circulate weekly PQQ and Tender summaries
  • Developed and managed a PQQ & Tender bid library ensuring continuous improvement of the process in maintained
  • Competent in Microsoft office and CRM systems
  • Possesses a ‘can do' attitude and approaches challenging situations in a positive and enthusiastic manner
