Raffle Development Lead
LOROS Hospice is a local charity and every year we care for over 2,500 people across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. We deliver free, high-quality, compassionate care and support to terminally ill patients, their family and carers. We need to raise over £4.5 million each year through voluntary and LOROS Lotteries plays a significant part in raising these funds.
Raffle Development Lead
37.5 hours per week

Bi annual raffles currently raise approximately a quarter of a million pounds for hospice care at LOROS and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated individual to assist in the further development of these and other raffle related products in order to maximise income. You will be responsible for the creative content, the organisation of the data export, processing of the data health checks, sales and the analysis of the results of each raffle. You will also take responsibility for identifying new opportunities for example digital raffles and free prize draws.
To succeed in this role you should have proven experience of working to targets in a sales or marketing role along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Due to the nature of the role you will need a driving licence and use of a car is preferred. You should also be willing to work flexible hours.
