We currently have a position for a Personal Assistant within the Digital team based at Leeds Dock in Leeds.

Who you'll be working with

In this position, you will provide administrative support to the Head of Digital and her leadership team, to help them make the best use of their time, by dealing with appropriate secretarial and administrative tasks.

Typical work activities will include the following;

As the successful candidate, you will act as the Events Coordinator for Leeds Dock and provide PA support for all Heads of Technology at Leeds Dock.

Whilst possessing strong administration and organization skills, you will have a large network of general managers and event professionals in Leeds and the Yorkshire area. You will have the ability to organize multiple service providers, negotiate prices and packages to plan, run and manage events end to end. Including running both recruitment and community outreach events both internally and externally, for Sky Leeds Dock (Community outreach, Leeds Dock wide socials, Leeds organisations, Technology and Women in Tech events etc.).

Additionally, the role would require basic PA support for all Heads of Technology based in Leeds such as; travel, expenses and meeting booking and coordination, as well as organizing and managing VIP visits.

You will also be responsible for managing and quality assurance of all internal presentation communications to improve the quality, consistency and professionalism of the communications we use to showcase Digital Platforms, Engineering Vision and Organisational Direction with other members of Sky Group and UK

For the role, we are looking for you to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Excellent organisational/time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Extensive diary management experience. Ability to be collaborative with all internal and external stakeholders Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Professional and approachable Discretion and confidentiality are essential attributes. Intermediate level on Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) Focus on delivering added-value by taking full ownership of the work you are responsible for Event Management experience
