Operations, Connecting and Resourcing Manager

This key management position is a 'mid' to 'senior' level and offers the opportunity to develop, oversee and implement the operations across the organisation and its strategy across Great Britain and Ireland. The role-holder will also manage the Connecting and Resourcing team, which includes our Communication activities.

The position involves:

ensuring that the key areas of the Strategic Plan are met,

overseeing a 3-year forward planned budget,

increasing both the level of church-engagement with our strategy and

ensuring the effectiveness of our supporter and volunteer network,

overseeing links with our network of intercessors and various prayer initiatives,

overseeing our resource unit

You will have excellent strategic thinking; budget management expertise; proven leadership ability; organisational and communication skills. Also experience of leading and developing a communications team is desirable.

This is a permanent role initially based in our Milton Keynes office for 18months but thereafter either from our Birmingham base, or working semi-remotely.
