LOCATION: Luton, Bedfordshire

JOB TITLE: CNC Miller

REFERENCE: TSLGJ0965

SALARY & BENEFITS: Excellent rates of pay plus monthly bonus plus an annual performance based bonus, ample overtime (paid at time and a half), 25 days paid leave per annum. (20 days in the first year), modern and progressive working environment

WORKING HOURS: 39 hours per week but must be flexible with overtime

THE COMPANY: Our client is a sub contract engineering company and has been providing engineering services and solutions to the Aerospace industry for over 25 years from its base in Luton, Bedfordshire. They help to design, develop, manufacture, test and assemble some of the most critical precision components for the aerospace industry.

Our client requires a fully skilled machinist with experience in setting and proving Fanuc based machining programs.

Key Responsibilities of a CNC Miller to include:-

Set new and repeat work
Run new and repeat work
Maintain and enhance existing processes

Please note this is not an exhaustive list of duties and you may be asked to carry out any additional duties as per management instruction.

THE CANDIDATE: You will be an enthusiastic individual with the drive to meet customer requirements to the highest standards of engineering quality. You will have excellent attention to detail, be hardworking with a 'can do' approach to the working day.

Key experience essential for the role of CNC Miller based in Luton:

Must live within a commutable distance of Luton, Bedfordshire
Previous experience working as a CNC Miller is essential
Experience using FANUC controls
Must come from a sound engineering background
Five axis experience useful but training will be given to suitable candidates.
