Job Role

Responsibilities

• Chasing clients for payment by phone, email.
• Ensuring clients pay within terms.
• Processing finance agreements
• Liaising with account execs on rates/funding term to maximise over rider earnings.
• Communications to/from clients on any finance defaults.
• Resolving client queries, quickly.
• Reconcile insurer statements on a monthly basis and arranging settlement to their terms.
• Resolving any queries with insurers
• Entering cash receipts on daily basis.
• Setting up insurer payments on the online system.
• Cash flow forecasts
• Assist Finance Manager with ad-hoc reporting and duties.

The Candidate

• Accounts and credit control experience essential.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Professional & courteous manner with good telephone manner.
• Minimum of AAT Level 1 qualification preferred although not essential.
