Technical Application Support Engineer - Financial Services I am currently running a search for an Technical Application Support Engineer to work for a global ecommerce/e-commerce company based in Hammersmith, West London. Reporting into the Technology Planning Manager, this is a brand new greenfield project with a large remit to make the role your own! The successful candidate will need to have strong SQL scripting skills and experience of working with the SQL BI suite (SSRS and SSAS with some SSIS) is essential. Previous experience of supporting complex applications is also essential. Accountabilities for the Technical Application Support Engineer: Operational management of key applications for managing the business capability ensuring high levels of service Managing the day to day relationships with key 3rd party suppliers Contribute to the planning and subsequent development of applications, software services and reporting as part of an agile team with short iterations and frequent releases Look to utilise new and existing technologies to integrate and innovate the tools used for managing and measuring work going forward Making sure system design and processes align with architectural strategy Provide training and advice to consumers of the tools ensuring appropriate documentation is available and relevant for a great user experience Technical Application Support Engineer - Financial Services
