The Award winning Estates and Facilities Property Services Team now require an enthusiastic Mechanical Engineering Support Technician to join its small but very busy Property Services Team delivering a high quality service to support the primary objectives of the University.
You will be responsible for the safe operation, and maintenance of mechanical service installations plant on site or buildings owned, leased to, or controlled by the University.
The successful applicant should have a well-developed professional knowledge and first hand design experience of all aspects of Mechanical Services. You will hold an HNC in Mechanical Building Services, or equivalent and have substantial post qualification experience in Mechanical or Plumbing services. Experience working in a multi-site maintenance environment would be desirable.
