Job Title: Childcare Worker
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £16,598 - £17,588 per annum pro-rata
Working Hours: An average of 16 hours per week

Job Role:
The company is currently recruiting for Childcare Workers to join its Glasgow Out of School Services. The post holders will contribute to the service by organising and providing creative play opportunities whilst caring for the wellbeing and safety of the children aged 4 to 12 years.
The post holders will work 16 hours per week.
Key result areas include:
- Effective delivery of a high quality OOSC service
- Comprehensive and efficient recording systems to support the needs of service users
- Consistent adherence to all relevant policies and procedures ensuring best practice and legal compliance
- Continuous development of the service
The Candidate:
Essential requirements:
- Relevant Childcare Qualification (as defined by SSSC registration criteria) or the willingness to work towards, i.e. SVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent
- A working knowledge of Child Protection
- Experience of having worked or volunteered in a childcare or similar setting.
