Your next role

Reporting to the Business Services Manager, you’ll provide a first class service in the preparation of management accounts, reconciliations, Quarterly and Annual VAT return and Ledgers for our valued clients. You’ll also be responding to client queries, so it’s essential you’ll be comfortable in providing full confidentiality, transparency and exceeding expectations whenever possible.

We’ll need you to have a keen eye for detail, teamed with the ability to spot any inaccuracies or duplications and provide resolutions. Efficiency and accuracy are key as well as exceptional interpersonal skills, effective communication and the ability to work to deadlines.

You’ll also have/be:

• Previous bookkeeping and ledger experience
• Strong MS office experience, particularly with Excel
• Sage Line 50 and Quickbooks experience advantageous
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral, at all levels
