Vacancy for a Counselling Supervisor
Supervisor required for monthly, 3 hour, group supervision. Supervisees will be a mixed group of employed, voluntary and trainee counsellors. Occasional individual supervision sessions will also be required.
Carmarthenshire Counselling Service is a voluntary organisation of 20 years standing, commissioned by the local Health Board to provide a Brief Intervention Counselling Service throughout Carmarthenshire. We employ 3 part-time counsellors and offer clinical placements to qualified counsellors pursuing accreditation and also to trainee counsellors
The post would suit a person with understanding of working within an organisation and a broad experience of counselling and supervision. The successful applicant would join a small team of supervisors to the service.

Salary - £120 per 3 hour group session
Hours of work - By arrangement with supervisees
