Our client is looking for an inspiring and motivating Lecturer in Business to join their Business team.

As a Lecturer at the College your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing an outstanding educational experience which maximises learner recruitment, retention, success and potential.
• Delivering outstanding courses which meet learner needs.
• Completing and maintaining effective data in relation to learners including, attendance, individual learner targets, progression, achievement and destination.
• Being responsible for a course or courses of study and learner outcome.
• You will have experience of delivering all levels of BTEC Business units.

You will have a degree level qualification in Business Studies or related subject. You must also hold a level 5 recognised teaching qualification and a level 2 in Maths and English or be willing to complete these qualifications within a specified time.
