With state of the art in-house production facilities and a creative and technical studio they are seeking experienced furniture finishers to drive the next phase of growth. The company's furniture is known for the exceptional quality of finish.
The successful candidates will carry out all the processes of finishing including, detail sanding, surface preparation, staining, lacquering, oiling, cutting back lacquer and burnishing, dyeing, bleaching and waxing furniture or furniture components for iconic yacht and residential projects worldwide.
The persons will understand working at a luxury level and will be able to meet quality, delivery and budget key performance indicators of a project and most importantly exceed a client's expectations.
Experience Required:
- Knowledge of bespoke furniture making, manufacturing and finishing Knowledge and experience of using lacquers, oils, waxes, resins and dyes etc. Able to set up and operate finishing machines, such as sanders, blasters, spray guns and spray shop as well as other hand finishing tools Excellent hand to eye co-ordination and attention to detail Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and practices Highly collaborative, team orientated approach Excellent communication skills including influencing and leading Working well under pressure
