Part Time Caterer

35 hours per week

£16,781 - £18,070 p.a

Location: Gedling day service, Howbeck road, Arnold, Nottingham, NG5 8AA

Gedling day services require a motivated, creative Caterer to provide a quality service to our customers. You will need to ensure that all relevant legislation is followed in safe catering and maintain high standards in food Hygiene. You will need to hold either an NVQ , City and Guilds or equivalent qualification, have knowledge of menu planning, food purchasing and healthy eating.

You will need to order food, maintain stock records, service records, maintain cleaning schedules as well as other documentation as required. You will have direct supervision of the Catering assistant and ensure all standards are maintained to ensure a safe working environment.

You will put into practice the councils commitment to excellent customer care whilst treating customers with respect and consideration.
