Recruitment Resourcer

We at Time personnel Recruitment are looking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer on a Full time temporary to permanent basis to join a Spalding based company.

Working for an established food manufacturing business based in Spalding to cover the local areas including Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire although there are no geographical boundaries regarding recruitment.

Job role:-

• Advertising vacancies through online job boards and social media.
• Interviewing and matching candidates to relevant jobs.
• Management of internal recruitment database.

To be considered for this role ideally you will have relevant Recruitment experience in either permanent or temporary recruitment. This role can offer career development into a recruitment consultant position.
