What the job involves

• Sourcing candidates & clients using a variety of methods
• Cold calling
• Screening potential candidates
• Building relationships
• Closing deals
• Guiding candidates & clients through the recruitment process
• Meeting & entertaining clients
• Negotiating fees

Incentives on offer

• Basic salary of GBP20,000 with uncapped commission and no thresholds
• OTE Year 1 GBP35,000-GBP40,000, Year 2 GBP60,000-GBP80,000, Year 3 GBP100,000+
