They are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work within a small team on a diverse range of projects. You must be keen, show initiative and work well in a busy, fast-moving environment.
What Will You Be Doing?
Your job will be to market and support their services using both online and offline channels whilst also being the main point of contact for customers of the business' online services. Your main duties will be:
- Maintaining and improving the business' online presence.
- Creating original content and collating existing content about the business and related activities to post both online and through traditional marketing channels.
- Liaising with customers via telephone, email, and online direct chat systems.
- Assisting in other areas of the business as and when necessary.
What Skills and Experience Do You Need?
- You must be familiar with and have experience with online platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Google+, and LinkedIn.
- You must be able to write intelligible articles and documents; ideally you will have experience writing online content for social media channels or for blogs.
- You must be confident talking to people on the telephone in a professional manner.
- The ideal candidate will be creative, confident, and have the ability to work independently with direction from the business development team.
What Are They Offering?
They are offering a salary of GBP14,000 to GBP20,000 depending on your experience, qualifications and skills.
