Experian are currently recruiting for a QA Software Analyst based in Nottingham for our UK&I Solutions business area.
Purpose
The QA Test Analyst performs the detailed test activity for business area deliveries, specifically reviewing requirements for testability; undertaking test analysis and preparation; testing application software including integration and configuration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design and build complex test scripts for complex technical and business solutionsBuild and maintain regression test packsExecute test plans and provide regular updates to QA Test Leads/ManagersIdentify and analyse problems (defects/tickets)Being articulate and communicating effectively to all stakeholdersContributes to and implement QA Testing best practice across CS DD.Ensuring that key QA testing artefacts are developed in line with agreed standardsHelp identify and implement new process improvements. Assist in existing process improvements. Follow all processes and procedures.Understand and participate in performance management processes. Actively contribute to a culture where the fair treatment of customers is at the heart of the Experian business. Take personal responsibility to ensure that you adhere to all regulatory requirements and apply appropriate controls in the interests of our customers. Qualifications
Degree or equivalent within a computer discipline, or extensive work experience in QAExperience
Extensive experience in carrying out functional testingProactive, with excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and fault-finding skillsAbility to interpret business/product requirements and translate into appropriate test scripts and plans
