A well-established IT Support company based in Elland, West Yorkshire is seeking an experienced, talented, passionate technical IT Support Engineer to join their team.
Key Skills:
- Experience working in IT support in a Windows/Microsoft focused environment
- Experience managing and supporting Windows Servers, Windows OS, Active Directory. Group Policy, etc.
- Experience managing and installing Microsoft Office and Office 365.
- Experience in any of these backup technologies Veeam/Altaro/Symantec Backup System Recovery
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- Any relevant qualifications and training would be beneficial (e.g. Microsoft, VMWare etc.)
- Use of a TeamViewer remote support
- VMware/Hyper-V experience preferable
- Experience installing 3rd party products such as Sage Accounts/Payroll preferable
- Previous experience within an MSP not essential but would be preferable
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Upto GBP20,000 depending on experience
- Company Vehicle
- Minimum 21 days holiday

NB this is a mixed role combining both Help Desk/Remote Support and onsite installation work so a full UK driving licence is essential.
This role involves deployment and administration of Server 2008/2012/2016, Active Directory, Exchange 2007/2010/2013/2016, VMware/Hyper-V Virtualisation, Windows 7,8, 10. Draytek routers, Netgear Switches, VPN, Remote Desktop Services and Backup Products from Veeam, Altaro and Symantec.
