As a nearly or newly qualified Actuary you'll be responsible for aspects of General Insurance reserving (predominantly a household portfolio), you'll support the Reserving Manager in the communication of results & provide maintenance and running of reserving data and processes. The position will allow you access to a wide range of stakeholders, including the Chief Actuary and Finance Director.

In this collaborative team you'll be delivering key reserving outputs such as the IFRS Reserving and claims cost forecasts. You'll share responsibility for the maintenance of Solvency II Technical Provision models, and you'll be involved in delivering regulatory reports such as Quantitative Reporting Templates (QRTs). You'll also be involved in investigative analytical and modelling activities.

We seek a General Insurance specialist with a strong track record of delivering quality analysis and reserving. Ideally, you'll have experience with ResQ software, large household insurance portfolios and report writing, however this is not essential.
