A leading Cardiff based consultancy has instructed Girling Jones to source a number cost consultancy candidates for roles across the utilities sector.
My client are a key provider of framework solutions to utilities firms across the UK. They provide commercial and project support to new build and refurbishment projects. They work across projects large and small and are often client facing. They provide vital links with contractors as well as providing strategic advice on programme's of work.
You will be a knowledgeable Quantity surveyor with experience from Utilities, rail or other similar industry. Ideally you will be comfortable working directly with clients advising on best practice with strong commercial Acumen. You will be happy working autonomously and have a good knowledge of NEC contracts. Ideally you will hold MRICS status or similar and be comfortable managing multiple contract streams.
