Solicitor - Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor PQE 3 years plus

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 3 years post qualified experience and a tenacity and desire to prove themselves within a well-established and highly regarded expanding Legal firm with a family feel.

Based in an idyllic setting in Falmouth and working within a longstanding team of Commercial Partners and two fully qualified Solicitors with specialisms within Commercial Law, your area of expertise will lie within Commercial Conveyancing and you will be responsible for taking care of a number of existing clients as well as having the drive and determination to seek new opportunities within the local area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE, who is looking to move away from a corporate setting and high-volume conveyancing to a firm with where they can progress to Partner and play an integral part of maintaining longstanding relationships with clients who range from small local business to overseeing multi - million-pound new builds and developments.

Salary dependant on experience with an excellent bonus structure attached dependant on performance.
