At XL we are looking for brilliant people that love delivery driving, enjoy being out on the road and who want to be a part of a business that’s trying to spearhead positive change and wage growth within Logistics.
Parcel Delivery is what we do, but not as you know it. You will be given a FIXED route with REALISTIC delivery numbers to achieve. Hours are normally 7am to around 5-6pm Monday to Friday.
Because every route is different, we don’t pay per parcel. Instead to be fair to all drivers we guarantee a MINIMUM salary of £102.50 per day. In addition we also cover the cost of the van, fuel and insurance.
