Our client is a successful and fast-growing provider of property and construction services to customers across a variety of industries, including the commercial, public and transport sectors. An incredible opportunity has now arisen for a Construction Management Apprentice to join their team on a Higher Level Apprenticeship.

The Rewards:

This apprenticeship is the perfect mixture of learning opportunity and practical experience. You will spend one day per week at college and the remainder of your time at our client’s office in Greater Manchester.

The Role:
As a Construction Management Apprentice, you will be based at our client’s offices in Greater Manchester and will focus on the design elements of construction projects.
Dealing with design and technical information on a daily basis, you will review drawings and designs and ascertain the feasibility of each project. Once the requirements have been confirmed, you will then communicate with internal departments and external consultants regarding the project details.
As part of your role, you will be required to undertake occasional travel to project sites across Greater Manchester.
You will:
- Make sure all project drawings and details are accurate
- Assist at design meetings
- Provide updates on the progress of projects
- Help with the planning process before the start of a project
- Work alongside site operatives to help complete projects
About You:
To be considered for the role of Construction Management Apprentice, you will need:
- A BTEC Level 3, HND or HNC in construction management or A-Level equivalent
- A full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle
