Scheme Development Officer
Salary: £30,096 - £34,532 per annum
Hours: 36.5 hours per week

The company is comprised of 18 local authorities and four Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs) working together to move powers from Whitehall to the West Midlands and our locally elected politicians, who know this region best. Individual councils will still deliver services and retain their identity but on the big decisions we will have the resources to work together.

With a growing and fast-paced transport agenda, we are now looking to appoint to a Scheme Development Officer to support and assist in the development of programmes and a robust project portfolio to support the transport strategy.

The successful candidate will work closely with and on behalf of sponsors through the development and project definition stages of projects and initiatives to support effective handover in preparation for implementation. Proven experience of supporting delivery of objectives through relationship management and working in multi-party initiatives will be essential.
