This is an opportunity to join an online and national retailer of quality electronic cigarette and vaping merchandise, stocking a large range of e-liquids, hardware, accessories and more.

Key Objectives
- Support and deliver customer excellence activities and staff competence to optimise and sustain sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Effectively manage the P&L within allocated budget to deliver profitable performance for the area.
- Set and manage payroll budgets in line with area requirements. This includes reviewing weekly / monthly rosters with Shop Managers to fit in line with the needs of the business. Ensure all assigned stores within area adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, company policies and procedures.
- Communicate business and area objectives to shop managers ensuring transparency of business activity and required contribution to targets.
- Deliver stock control targets in line with company guidelines minimising financial loss by working closely with the internal audit department.
- Identify and develop a business plan for underperforming stores to address and manage issues effectively. This will include detailed reporting to line manager with plans / strategies implemented to achieve this.
- Implement development and training plans for staff through Mystery Shopper scheme as part of business strategy - continuous improvement
- Ensure maintenance of brand standards, visual presentation represents the brand image.
- Develop an effective network of communication across the Area to ensure shared knowledge and understanding of business activity.
- Implement and install processes to grow Managers knowledge of competitor activity and local market conditions, with the purpose of making appropriate and innovative recommendations to drive the business forward.
- Monitor localised/area trends to maximise opportunities and address underperforming areas working with Manager make suggestions to improve and enhance product performance to drive brand achievement.
- Oversee and manage full implementation of induction programmes for new store managers and monitor ongoing performance needs.
- Effectively manage the performance of store managers by identifying learning and development requirements to drive and maximise performance throughout the Area.
- Create a positive and encouraging environment that results in stable retention and a reduction of labour turnover.
- Ability to manage and develop a positive and productive management team

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate performance through effective coaching skills
- Highly organised with the ability to adapt quickly to strategic change
