Rail Development Manager
Salary: £47,802 - £53,805 per annum
Hours: 36.5 hours per week

The company is comprised of 18 local authorities and four Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs) working together to move powers from Whitehall to the West Midlands and our locally elected politicians, who know this region best. Individual councils will still deliver services and retain their identity but on the big decisions we will have the resources to work together.

With a growing and fast-paced transport agenda, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Rail Development Manager to take a lead role in developing a robust rail portfolio primarily aligned to 'Movement for Growth' West Midlands Strategic Transport Plan and effective joint working with partners and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will lead the development of rail projects as set out within the West Midlands Strategic Rail Programme and manage Transport for West Midlands (TfWM's) relationships with Network Rail, Midlands Connect, West Midlands Rail and wider stakeholders in the West Midlands.
