This company is looking for Maintenance Coordinator for their Branch in Arnos Grove and Stanmore to join their team.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and characteristics:
- Customer focused
- Well polished and presentable
- Day to day managing the entire portfolio of properties, communicating with tenants, landlords and contractors.
- Dealing with tenants and tenant issues relating to the property.
- Arranging maintenance and repairs when required for properties and keeping property database fully updated.
- Helping with periodic inspections, updating the management system and reporting findings to landlord.
- Carry out check in / out check out reports and report any upgrades or improvements, arrange repairs and maintenance to ensure the property is ready for re-let.
- Helping out with viewings of properties during office hours.
- Ensure general property management processes are followed and updated where required.
Experience required:
- A minimum of 1 year within Property Management environment
Working program
Monday to Friday from - 9.30am to 6pm
Saturday from - 10am to 3pm
Clean driving licence is a must
The candidate should not travel more than 30 minutes from their home to the office.
