As a Customer Sales Advisor in our Newcastle Contact Centre, you'll connect our customers with a world of entertainment. You'll take calls from potential customers who are looking to set up a new subscription for one of our industry-leading products, as well as existing customers looking to upgrade. Overall, we want to help you provide premium entertainment products to the right customers, in the right way.

What skills do I need to apply?

You don't need to be an experienced sales professional, but you'll have great customer service skills, ambition and a real passion to sell. Most importantly, you'll show a real commitment to doing the very best for our customers.

We'll be there every step of the way

We want you to do well. Your first four weeks will be spent learning the ropes during our comprehensive induction training. From here you'll graduate to our "Academy", applying what you've learnt with the support of a "buddy" when speaking to customers. In addition to this, you'll receive on-going training plus opportunities to develop your management skills and even official accreditation by the Institute of Customer Service.
