Tradewind are working with a small primary school situated in Swindon. We are seeking to appoint an inspiring, creative and highly effective upper KS1/KS2 Teacher from September 2017 for a KS2 class teaching a year's 5/6.
The School is an outstanding church school which expects high academic, behavioural and social standards. A School that works as an extended family of nurturing and supporting the child whilst setting realistic challenges and promotes strong Christian values. The role will be full time and temporary to start with the view to going permanent for the right individual.

We are looking for someone who:
*Puts the children's needs at the heart of their learning.
*Have a proven track record of good and outstanding teaching and can inspire our learners
*Have experience of whole class teaching in KS2
*Are creative and innovative in their approach to teaching and learning
*Can prepare the children for the KS2 assessments without losing sight of the bigger picture - success in SATs is NOT our driving force.
*Can continue our great work on mind-sets and removing the ceiling on children's learning
*Can inspire our existing staff with new ideas of their own
*Can lead or support a curriculum area in the school
*Can support the Christian ethos of a Church School
