The school is searching for a chemistry graduate to join their science department from September 2017. You must have graduated from university with a 2:1 or higher and have a strong academic background including strong A-Levels. You will ideally have had some experience working with children or vulnerable people and picked up some transferrable skills which you will be able to effectively use in a school environment.
Science Teaching Assistant- The Role
In the role of Science teaching assistant you will be working closely with GCSE students across the science department, specifically providing support for students on the critical C/D grade boundary and providing them with further support both in and out of the classroom. You will also be required to work with A-Level chemistry students, enabling them to reach their full potential and facilitate their entry in to university.
