Are you a recent Russell Group graduate with a 2:1 or higher in a core subject degree?

The school requires an ambitious graduate who has recently graduated with at least a 2:1 from a Russell group university and ideally has some experience working with children in any setting. The ideal primary teaching assistant will have first-rate communication skills to liaise between pupils and staff and, upon meeting the school, must demonstrate a real passion for teaching and a desire to become a teacher.
This Sheffield Primary school is keen to appoint a primary teaching assistant to work with KS1 and KS2 pupils and will be mentored by a member of the senior leadership team. The role of primary teaching assistant will involve supporting children of all levels, ranging from struggling or challenging students to those students which are exceptionally gifted and the successful candidate must be able to support students of all abilities. You are also required to assist the class teacher in the planning, preparation and delivery of classes.
